Hot Yoga is a complete system that allows you to feel restored and rejuvenated. 

 The studio is kept at a temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in order to prevent injury by allowing participants

 to stretch more deeply while also detoxifying the body, reliving stress and decreasing tension.

Hot Yoga was designed systematically; participants are guided through 26 postures 

in order to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body. 

 Hot Yoga is for all ages and all members note an increase in energy, strength, balance, flexibility, and mental focus.

Studio Policies:

Classes start promptly at the listed start time, and no late entry will be permitted.  We recommend registering in advance and arriving early. Equipment rentals are available, including yoga mats, towels, weights, and yoga blocks, and facilities such as showers, lockers, bathrooms, and changing rooms are open.

Class packages are non refundable and non-transferable. To avoid penalties under the Late Cancel Policy, you must cancel at least 12 hours before the class time. Canceling within 12 hours will result in a $10 fee, and a no-show will incur a $15 fee. Class card members will forfeit the class session in lieu of the fee. Additional fees apply on select holidays with special schedules.
