Hot Yoga is a complete system that allows you to feel restored and rejuvenated. 

 The studio is kept at a temperature over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in order to prevent injury by allowing participants

 to stretch more deeply while also detoxifying the body, reliving stress and decreasing tension.

Hot Yoga was designed systematically; participants are guided through 26 postures 

in order to stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body. 

 Hot Yoga is for all ages and all members note an increase in energy, strength, balance, flexibility, and mental focus.

Studio Policies: Classes start promptly at the listed start time. No late entry will be permitted.  We recommend that you register in advance and arrive early. Equipment rentals are available, including yoga mats, towels, weights, yoga blocks, etc. Showers, cubbies, bathrooms and changing rooms are open. 

To avoid any fee: You must cancel at least 3 hours prior to the class time.

 Late Cancel: You will be charged $10 if you do not cancel prior to 3 hours before the start time of class. No Show: If you do not show up or cancel a class you reserved, you will be charged $15.
